Terms of Service

1. We do not host any sites that contain illegal content. This includes, spamming, phishing, warez, and sites hosting unlicensed copyrighted material. If we find that any hosted site on our servers contains such material the account will be terminated without notice and is non refundable

2. Refund Policy; we have a 30 day money back guarantee on all hosting packages and web designs. If you are not happy for any reason within the first 30 days your money is fully refundable.

2.1 The exception to our refund policy is domain names. These are not refundable as we are billed by ICANN immediately and we cannot get your money back.

3. If you sign on for a long term hosting plan such as yearly and decide to cancel before the term of the contract you must give us 30 days notice and we will gladly refund the prorated amount for the time left on your account. If we do not receive ample notice we will not be able to refund the remainder of your paid hosting.

3.1 promotional offers: If you sign on with one of our promotional offer the promotional price is only good for the term of the sign on. If you sign on for one month the price will revert to the standard price the next month. If however you sign on for 3 months or a year the promotional price will cover the full term before going back to the listed price.

4. System resources. If you account exceeds reasonable resource usage and effects other accounts on the server you will be notified and we will try to help you remedy the problem. If these notifications are ignored or the problem is persistent the offending account will be terminated and refunds do not apply.

5. Provision of these Services is at the discretion of Website Magick and we reserve the right to refuse anyone without explanation 

6. Website Magick reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
